Scope of application of shuttle type rotational molding machine:
Various products with different production processes.
Different products with significant differentiation.
Small batch products.Medium size, large size products.
The shuttle type rotational molding machine is equipped with two arms. One arm can be used for mold disassembly and assembly, while the other arm can also be used for continuous production in the oven. It occupies a small area and is a practical machine.
Mechanical part:
·The equipment assembly adopts modular design, which can be quickly installed.
·A cylindrical oven with low energy consumption and high efficiency.
·The main shaft is thickened , and the gearbox directly drives the main shaft to avoid shaking.
·The internally main shaft installed with an external ф Within 27 ф 21 breathable tubes that can pass through a large volume of air.
Oven:
·The oven temperature has abolished the previous two-stage (high/low fire) heating method and adopts real-time monitoring, using the ratio control valve on the burner for fine tuning.
·The temperature inside the cylindrical oven is uniform, and hot air is blown into the oven through a stainless steel vortex fan below the oven, and then flows into the oven through the top suction port for reuse.
·Lower air outlet and upper circulation, accumulated material not catching fire.
·2mm thick plate inside the drying channel, durable and long-lasting.
Combustion system:
·Optional combustion engine (domestically produced Reillo, domestically produced Weiru, German Weishaupt, and American Maxon),
·The fuel can be natural gas, liquefied gas, or diesel.
Control system:
PLC system: can choose Delta system or Siemens system, with standardized wiring and direct signal to control cabinet, Reduce the delay and interference generated by wireless transmission.
Heating program: Each arm can be individually set with three different heating temperatures, heating time, internal and external shaft speeds, and circulating air volume.
Cooling function: cooling time, cooling delay time, water mist (optional).
Storage function: Store the production parameters of the corresponding product.
Spindle and countershaft remote control: wireless remote control with rotating arm, convenient for mold disassembly and assembly (optional).
