Plastic Products Making Rotational Molding Machine

• First, the plastic raw material, usually in the form of powder or granules, is loaded into the mold. The mold is then closed and secured.
• The shuttle moves the mold into the heating zone. The mold starts to rotate around its axes. As the mold is heated, the plastic material inside it gradually melts and spreads evenly over the inner surface of the mold due to the centrifugal force created by the rotation.
• Once the plastic has been evenly coated and has reached the desired thickness, the mold is moved to the cooling zone by the shuttle mechanism. The cooling process allows the plastic to solidify and take the shape of the mold.
• After cooling, the mold is opened, and the finished plastic product is removed. The mold is then ready to be loaded with raw material again for the next cycle.
